Starting Wooden Horse Catering in 2020 as a side hustle, he has since built it into a full-time business for the past two years. Stefen's drive has allowed him to have significant breakthroughs as a new caterer in the Utah wedding scene. Stefen loves bringing people together through food and connecting with them through his craft.
